Director of Partnership & Fundraising: Secures grants, cultivates donor relationships, and forges corporate and institutional collaborations.

Monitoring & Evaluation Director: Tracks impact designs M&E frameworks and drives data-driven improvements across all programs.

Lead Programme Officer: Oversees day-to-day program delivery, coordinates field teams, and ensures alignment with SDG targets.

Director of Rural Programme & Skills Coordinator: Designs and manages outreach in rural communities, leading skills-building and livelihood initiatives.

Director for Curriculum & Planning: Crafts learning content for fellowships, boot camps, and innovation labs; ensures curricula remain cutting-edge and inclusive.

Head of Media: Manages storytelling, social channels, and press relations to amplify youth voices and YAGYDI’s impact.

Volunteer Engagement Lead: Recruits, orients, and supports volunteers and mentors, ensuring a vibrant, motivated network.

Bootcamp Training Director: Curates and leads intensive leadership bootcamps, seminars, and public-speaking workshops.

Coordinator for Special Projects: Drives short-term pilots and strategic initiatives that test new ideas and expand our reach.

Research & Development: The R&D team is the knowledge engine of YAGYDI. It ensures that every action, campaign, or outreach is guided by evidence, driven by innovation, and focused on measurable impact.

Advisory Committee: A multidisciplinary group of academics, sector specialists, and field professionals who:

• Guide evidence-based program design
• Mentor youth research teams
• Connect YAGYDI to policy and innovation networks
• Provide independent oversight on impact and ethics

Committee members include journalism, mass communication, health, education, climate resilience, and development economics experts.
